Renata Horst zeigt in diesem rund 60-minütigem Tutorial bei einer Volleyball-Nationalspielerin die anatomische Zusammenhänge zwischen Kopf-, Kiefergelenke, Füße, Becken- und Schultergürtel und demonstriert geeignete Techniken, um die Absprungkraft des Fußes und Stoßkraft des Armes zu trainieren. Alle Übungen eignen sich auch für das Eigentraining. Ziele: Leistung steigern ohne die Gelenke zu belasten.
